Over the past six years, under the leadership of Superintendent Chad Young and backed by the unprecedented support of the Cleburne County Board of Education, we have implemented an academic success plan which is holistically designed to help students, teachers, and administrators be the very best they can be. The plan involves improvements in student literacy, diversification of teacher instructional techniques, making academic decisions based on real-time data, and consistently monitoring student achievement within each school. Each part of the plan integrates with other components and ensures a well-rounded approach to academic success.
